About
Credentials & approach
Hi, I'm the therapist behind this practice
I am a licensed clinical psychologist board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). Over fifteen years — at an academic medical center, a VA hospital, and in private practice — I have specialized in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD, and post-traumatic stress. My commitment is simple: diagnostic precision, transparent treatment planning, and methods with real evidence behind them.

How I work
Four principles, kept without exception.
Assessment before treatment
We don't guess. The first sessions establish what's actually going on — because the right treatment for the wrong diagnosis is still the wrong treatment.
Evidence over intuition
Every protocol I use has controlled research behind it. When the evidence is thin, I say so plainly — and we decide together.
Progress you can see
We measure symptoms with validated instruments as we go. If something isn't working, we know early and we change course.
Honest referrals
If your needs sit outside my scope, you'll hear it in the first call — with specific names of people I trust, not a polite brush-off.
